Cooper v. Sky Transportation LLC d/b/a Support Medical Transportation, et al.

This unpaid wage lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Our firm represents a conditionally certified class of current and former Driver of Sky Transportation, LLC. Fifteen current and former Drivers have filed consent to join forms in our lawsuit. The deadline for filing a consent to join form is July 23, 2021. Our lawsuit alleges that Sky Transportation LLC violated the federal Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to properly pay hourly drivers for all hours worked.
